What is the number of violent attacks per week that the Rabbanim consider the threshold for Pekuach Nefesh? Why is there no discussion of the exponential escalation that is occuring? Why is there no discussion about the 6month to 2 year lead time from the time we decide to train and arm community members until there is a trained population. Why is there no discussion of being a hardened verse a soft target as the purpose for arming every community center publicly to provide a mirsus?
