1) zvillin could have been giving it as a matanah to yisoscher without any problems of ribis. 2) which way was it heter iskeh, maybe zvilin to yidoscher too? So maybe yisoscher didn't need any money to give. 3) we can do the same today, heter iske to kollel/yeshivas without calling "donations". Solved the problem with the Rambam today as well!
